Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, high volume, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

AK Primestore is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately at our support email with photos of the item and packaging. We inspect these on a case-by-case basis and try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
